In store work is done on a fixed fee basis rather than charging you an hourly fee for all of the time spent, allowing us to tell you before work begins what it is going to cost to resolve your issues.
So how can we charge so much less for work done in our store? You see, many of the processes that need to be run to resolve your issues take time, but don't require that a technician be monitoring them constantly. That allows our technicians to work on several machines at the same time. Particularly for issues involving viruses and spyware, they are much more productive in our shop than they can possibly be at your home or office.
